Roadstead is a hosting service. Content a customer stores in their own workspace, and anything their website or application serves from it, is theirs — the operator named above neither authors it nor monitors it. Liability for such content follows Articles 6 and 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act): the operator is not obliged to monitor stored content, and becomes responsible only from the point of obtaining actual knowledge of a specific illegal activity or item.

If something a Roadstead customer publishes appears unlawful, write to the address above with enough detail to identify it. Material found unlawful is removed without delay.

Dispute resolution
